Procedure

  1. Make the Donation by any of the methods mentioned below, you can do so by paying with a Credit or Debit Card, as well as by Oxxo, Clip MX or Paypal..
  2. If you are going to ACTIVATE your Service, read the following block. ONLY FOR NEW USERS.
  3. You must make your DONATION and SEND YOUR PROOF in a photo or screenshot by email by pressing the following button. Don't forget to attach the image of your receipt.
  4. NOTE 1: If your receipt is printed (OXXO or Bank Dept. Ticket) write your name on the paper and take a photo to send the receipt. In a period of less than 2-3 hours. The Service will be Activated and you will receive a Notification via WhatsApp (remember to send your Cell Phone Number with WhatsApp Service). If it has been by Electronic Means (Mercado Pago, Skrill, PayU, Transfer, Etc.), the Activation will take a maximum of 30 Min to 2 Hours... and that's it, you can Enjoy the Service.
  5. NOTE 2: If your Renewal is for a MAG or STB Emulator Device, please mention that it is for this type of Device and send the MAC Address or Virtual MAC of your Device, make sure you send the correct Data. Once activated, it cannot be make changes, remember there are no refunds..

  2. You must make your DONATION exactly the same as the First Time and send your proof in a photo or screenshot by email by pressing the following button, Don't forget to attach the image of your receipt.
